Necessary information for visa issuance.
The following documents are required at the time of application.

Recommendation letter
(English or French) |
One copy of recommendation letter by your organisation, in which purpose and reasons of your visit, date of departure, period of stay and reference in Mauritania and any other information in your apply should be written |
Either a copy of air ticket between Japan and Mauritania or a copy of reservation of flight issued by the Tourist company, a copy of ID (employment certificate, student certificate etc …), one business card in case you are freelancer |

Short stay (up to 3 months) : 77US$ or the equivalent amountt of Yen
Long stay (from 3 months to 1 year) : 116US$ or the equivalent amount of Yen
For the applicant who has the Diplomatic passport or the Official passport, there is no charge for visa application |
